How to make a Poster using Power Point
Hai everyone! Today I'm going to show on how to make a great poster only by using PowerPoint. Follow the steps below in order to guide you guys, okay?
Step 1: Make a sketch.
Gather your ideas and sketch it first on a piece of paper to illustrates what your poster will be. Then, find the related images of backgrounds and content of your poster on suitable search engines or use your own photos as the poster materials.
Step 2: Set your dimensions and Poster size.
Launch PowerPoint. Go to Design > Page setup to change your PowerPoint's dimension suitable with your desire. For A2 size, the measurement is 42.0 cm x 59.4 cm.
Step 3: Start to work on your arts
Insert your background into your poster slide, followed with your poster contents such as details and important information. Use your own creativity in order to make it more unique but still clear to be understood by audiences.
Step 4: Make a final check on your artwork.
Make sure you make a final check on your artwork. Check the spelling, words used and the contents used suitable to audiences. This is important in order to avoid regret after you had printed it later.
Step 5: Save your masterpiece.
Last but not least, save your art as JPEG to make it become an image. and for another backup, if you want to print it out you must save it as PDF. This is a safe step for you guys to avoid the poster appear different on other PC if you had to print it using others PC. Moreover, the PDF file helps to maintain the design even the other's PowerPoint was not the same version you used on your PC.
